Plan your travel to the Stadium
Unfortunately, some patrons miss kick-off because they leave it too late to arrive at Suncorp Stadium.
In addition to regular scheduled services, there are a number of special bus and rail services to the Stadium on event days in the two hour period before kick-off.
But irrespective of the number of services available, if the majority of patrons leave it to the last minute, it can place undue pressure on the transport system which in turn can lead to a delay in travel times.
Patrons are encouraged to plan their travel arrangements and allow plenty of time to get from home to the venue and settled in. There is always a curtain-raiser game and plenty to keep everyone entertained before kick-off.
On event days, parking restrictions will apply in the local area surrounding the Stadium (1.5km radius of the Stadium). Fifteen minute parking limits will apply in most of the restricted areas. On-the-spot fines will be issued to offending motorists.
