  • Fans attending the boxing can travel free on all Brisbane Transport bus and Queensland Rail services by simply showing their event ticket.
  • Free public transport services will start from 6am on the day of the fight (2 July).
  • High frequency public transport services will run from 9am.
  • The first fight commences at 9.10am with the first of the major fights on the undercard due to start at 11am.
  • We encourage fans to arrive early and obtain maximum value from their ticket, so don't leave it until the last minute to arrive at the Stadium.
  • There will be 100% bag checks at the gates and we urge fans not to bring a bag unless they absolutely have to. No backpacks (irrespective of size) will be permitted in. Bags larger than A3 size will not be permitted and any bags permitted will be cloaked.
  • We don’t want anyone to arrive late and still be in a queue when the introductions for the main event get underway. So plan to arrive early, avoid the queues and enjoy the whole day’s entertainment.

Present your event ticket to receive free travel to and from the Stadium on Brisbane Transport bus and Queensland Rail services. This free travel offer applies from 6am until four hours after the conclusion of the main bout.

TRANSLINK BUS SERVICES (Brisbane Transport only)

Patrons can catch regular timetabled services. In addition, special bus services from the City, Carindale, Eight Mile Plains / Mt Gravatt (Garden City), Chermside and The Gap run direct to the Stadium at regular intervals from 9am. At the end of the event for a one hour period, high frequency bus services will operate.


Milton and Roma Street are the closest stations for patrons travelling to and from the Stadium. Regular timetabled services and any additional services run to and from both stations.


On event days, parking restrictions apply in the local area surrounding the Stadium. Fifteen minute parking limits apply in most restricted areas unless otherwise signed. On the spot fines will be issued to offending motorists. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.


Some road closures will apply from the end of the event for one hour.
