The Anthony Griffin coached Brisbane Broncos have commenced the NRL season in fine style.
But this week, they come up against the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in what will be a good test of where they are at in 2011.
According to the pundits, the Dogs will be there at the business end of the season, given exciting attacking players such as Ben Barba and Jamal Idris and a no-nonsense forward pack.
But the Broncos have built a game plan around an almost impregnable defence, and with an in-form Justin Hodges, Jharal Yow-Yeh and inspirational skipper Darren Lockyer, the home team doesn't lack attacking options.
Friday night's clash promises to be a beauty, so make sure you're at Suncorp Stadium to witness it.
