Every event is unique and we tailor each event to meet your specific requirements. Therefore room hire charges can vary depending on the nature of the event, set up requirements and overall catering spend.
The following are standard inclusions for each event:
- Air conditioning (except in outdoor areas)
- House lighting
- Lectern and microphone
- Whiteboard and flip chart
- Pre and post event storage
- Registration area
- Pre and post cleaning of all areas
- Directional staff
- 2 facilitator/VIP parks within the Stadium
