Patrons attending the Gold Coast Titans home game against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium tomorrow night are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets and plan their travel arrangements in advance.
With an anticipated crowd of more than 40,000 people, pre-purchased tickets will ensure a quick entry into the Stadium tomorrow night. It also guarantees patrons a seat for the game and allows them to take advantage of free travel to and from Suncorp Stadium.
If patrons are unable to purchase their tickets in advance, they should not leave it until the last minute. They are encouraged to arrive early at the Stadium to avoid potential queues at the box offices.
Broncos members should note that as this is a Titans home game, their season passes are not valid for tomorrow night. They will need to purchase a ticket if they intend coming to the game.
Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.ticketek.com.au or by calling Ticketek Phonecharge on 13 28 49.
Patrons are also advised to plan their journey in advance and arrive early. Gates open on the day at 5pm with a preliminary game (Burleigh Bears v Aspley Broncos) kicking off at 5.15pm.
As was the case for the Titans v St George game last month, regular timetabled train services combined with additional trains will cater for the anticipated large number of Gold Coast residents attending the game. The first of the additional rail services will depart Robina at 4.50pm.
Another option is to park and ride on the Brisbane Transport bus service which departs from Eight Mile Plains / Mt Gravatt (Garden City) and travels to the Stadium via the south-east busway.
Public transport timetables can be found on http://www.translink.com.au or by phoning Translink on 13 12 30.
Suncorp Stadium General Manager, Paul Sergeant, reminded patrons that the main game will kick-off at 7.30pm sharp and, to avoid disappointment, they should not leave their journey to the last minute.
This local derby promises to be something special and with patrons helping us to help them, we can help deliver an event that will live long in the memory, he said.
