Australian Rugby Union today announced the third and final Bledisloe Cup Test for 2012 at Suncorp Stadium this evening is officially a sell-out.
After a final release of tickets earlier this week the last remaining 350 tickets for this evening’s Test were scooped up within two days.
A capacity crowd is expected for tonight’s match, which doubles as Qantas Wallabies lock, Nathan Sharpe’s last game on Australian soil.
Sharpe will tonight play his 112th Test for the Qantas Wallabies and fans across the globe are being encouraged to farewell Australia’s most capped Test forward via twitter using #FarewellSharpie to send their message.
Fans travelling to tonight’s Test at Suncorp are also being encouraged to plan their trip, use public transport and arrive early ahead of the 8:00pm kick-off.
The third and final Bledisloe Cup Test is supported by Events Queensland as part of a growing calendar of sporting, cultural, business and regional events across the state.
