AFFECTED TURF AT STADIUM REPLACED ON SCHEDULE

The replacement of 1,900 square metres of turf at Suncorp Stadium has been completed on schedule.  The removal of the affected turf and the laying of the replacement turf was a three day project which was completed this morning and without any issues.

TICKETS FROM ROUND 10 APPLICABLE FOR TODAY'S GAME

Earlier this season the NRL swapped the venues for the Round 10 and Round 21 matches between the Brisbane Broncos and the Manly Sea Eagles.

Today, the Brisbane Broncos play the Manly Sea Eagles at Suncorp Stadium at 3pm.  This game was previously scheduled for Brookvale Oval.

20-Year Anniversary - Major Celebrations this Sunday at Suncorp

Broncos v Sea Eagles 20th Season tribute match this Sunday at Suncorp

Justin Hodges will return to the rugby league field on Sunday in a match which he hopes will pay tribute to the historical dominance of the Ergon Energy Broncos.

The Broncos face Manly (the team they decimated 44-10 in their debut game back in 1988) at Suncorp Stadium in a major celebration of the club's 20-year anniversary.

1,000 DELEGATES TO CONVERGE ON STADIUM FOR FINANCIAL GAMES

This Friday (3 August), the Suncorp Stadium dressing rooms will be bustling with activity and the Members' Dining Room and other major functions rooms all full, but there will not be a football within sight.

The Stadium is playing host to day three of the Investment and Financial Services Association's Breakthrough 2007 Annual Conference.  More than 1,000 delegates will attend the various activities scheduled at the Stadium during the day.

AFFECTED STADIUM TURF TO BE REPLACED

About 1,900 square metres of turf at Suncorp Stadium will be replaced between 6 and 8 August.

The area to be replaced is at the northern (Caxton St) end from the 20 metre line to one metre behind the goal line for soccer. This section of the field was heavily infected by nematode roundworms earlier this year.
