Suncorp Stadium has function rooms to cater for up to 800 people.

Below are some package options that may be interest for your school formal.

The Mode Group is the official function caterer for Suncorp Stadium and has been operating for over 14 years.  Mode pride themselves on providing catering with a unique sense of style and sophistication and dedication to delivering food and service to the highest standard.

 

Package One

Includes:

• Red carpet entrance
• 2 course set menu
• 4 hour beverage package
• Coloured overlays and single bud vase arrangements
• Dance floor 5x4, stage (if required), microphone and PA system, and black backdrop (included in Paddington room only)

   

Suggested 2 Course ALTERNATE DROP set menu

Entree

• Seared fillet of reef fish on preserved lemon linguini and saffron cream sauce
• Slow roasted lamb rump on a Spanish tomato and parsley tabouleh

Main

• Ballontine of turkey fillet "Wellington" with a spiced cranberry jus and roasted root vegetable
• Grilled fillet of Lockyer Valley beef with grilled field mushroom and colcannon

Suggested Hot/Cold Buffet

Served cold

• Moroccan cornfed chicken breast carved over a fresh date and preserved lemon cous cous
• Black Forest shaved ham, continental salami, cornichons and pickled vegetables

From the buffet

• Grain-fed beef braised in red wine with wood mushrooms and pancetta
• Butter chicken
• Buttered black pepper fettuccini
• Saffron thread steamed jasmine rice

Salads

• Penne rigati, roasted bell peppers, pine nuts and truffle oil dressing
• Caesar salad with crisp pancetta, pine nuts and sour cream dressing
• Roasted kipfler potatoes with rock salt, pepper and whole grain mustard mayonnaise
