  • Air conditioning and house lighting
  • Initial room furniture setup
  • Standard staging or rostrum
  • Lectern with fixed microphone
  • Whiteboard and flip chart
  • Pre and post event storage
  • Directional staff
  • Registration area
  • Cleaning of all areas during event

     

Technical Requirements

Lighting and Audio

Suncorp Stadium offers totally flexible audio, visual and technical services which can be tailored to suit individual requirements.  Alternatively, we will work in partnership with your own production company to achieve the best technical arrangements to make your next event the most successful ever.

Staging and Rigging

Suncorp Stadium's quality mobile staging can be utilised for stage size up to 1.7m x 12m x 1.2m.

Special Building Features

Video monitors through out the Stadium can provide information on daily programmes, special announcements and video presentations together with opportunities for sponsors.

 

Support Services

Dedicated Personnel

Our experienced team of professionals will assist you with both the planning and coordination of your event.  A function coordinator will be assigned to look after every aspect of your conference programme.  We recommend that you budget for a full-time technician to be present throughout your event.

Exhibition and Production Companies

Brisbane boasts a wide range of production companies capable of developing innovative concepts and design for your event.  We will provide recommendations if required.
