FIELD PATRONS

I HAVE STANDING ROOM TICKETS ON THE FIELD. CAN I QUEUE UP EARLY TO GET THE BEST POSITION?

We appreciate patrons with standing room tickets want to get the best position  as close to the stage as possible. Suncorp Stadium will take measures to control the queuing of standing room patrons to ensure orderly entry to the venue, and in order of their arrival.

Specific queuing systems will be set up on the Northern Plaza adjacent to Gates D & E for those who arrive early for Field A patrons only. Toilet facilities will be provided for those queuing up while food and beverage facilities will be available on the mornings of the concerts. No queuing system will be set up for Field B patrons.

In order to ensure patrons who queue earlier are given the first opportunities to enter the venue, we will provide those early arrivals with a numbered ticket and groups will be taken to the gates in order.  We are aware that some fans may monitor and start their own numbering system however we cannot recognise this system to avoid discrepancies or disagreements.  These numbers will be issued on the morning of the concert as fans arrive by Stadium staff.

It is recommended that patrons intending to queue bring food and water. As the queuing area is in a public area, alcohol is not permitted.

Please note that sleeping bags, blankets and pillows etc will not be permitted into the Stadium. Cloaking facilities will be made available and all items will need to be cloaked prior to entry. The cost for cloaking these items will be $5 per item.

Patrons are requested not to begin queuing until 6:00am on the morning of the concert on Wednesday, 21 November 2012.

HOW DO I GET ONTO THE FIELD AND THEN EXIT THE STADIUM AFTER THE CONCERT?

FIELD 'A'
Stadium Entry will be via Gates D & E (Northern End).  Field Entry will be via Aisles 329 and 334 and are clearly marked.

Patrons with General Admission tickets will all be wristbanded prior to entry onto the field. For patrons who have queued up, staff will issue wristbands to patrons prior to gates opening time. For those who arrive at the Stadium after the general gates opening time, the wristbanding will occur at the bottom of the aisles leading onto the field.

Staff will request to see your ticket prior to being wristbanded. Once it is confirmed you have a ticket for the General Admission area on the field, your ticket will be marked to show that a wristband has been issued.  It is important the wristband is not removed or fastened too loose as you will not be permitted onto the field without it if you have a ticket which has been marked by staff.  Wristbands will not be replaced if they are lost.

Field A patrons will return to the Level 3 Concourse to use toilets or food and beverage services.  Additional facilities will available via the field tunnels at the back of the standing area on the southern end if Field A patrons wish to remain on field level.

I AM LOCATED ON THE FIELD HOWEVER I CANNOT UTILISE A LOT OF STAIRS. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO GET TO THE FIELD?

CAN I LEAVE THE FIELD AREA ONCE I AM THERE?

To avoid congestion, patrons in Field B should use the catering and toilet facilities especially set up under the Stadium behind them.
