Make sure you arrive early to ensure you are through the gates and at your seat before the show starts. We recommend arriving as close to 5pm as possible.
 


 

DIGITAL TICKETING ONLY

  • To avoid ticket scalping - ALL TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED DIGITALLY. 

  • You will need to download the TICKETEK APP and download your digital tickets before arriving to enter the stadium. More info here.

  • If you’re coming in a group – download and share your tickets before you arrive.

  • Make sure you check your tickets in your app before arrival and ensure your phone is charged with the brightness turned up for easy scanning on entry.

PATRONS WITH SEATING ON THE FIELD

  • On arrival, please head straight to the field.  There are plenty of bars, food and toilets on that level. 
  • At the end of the concert, please remain in your seats for a few minutes while we start clearing the rest of the stadium.  These measures will assist the smooth and safe entry and exit of all patrons. Public transport will be available for everyone so there is no need to rush.
     

GETTING TO THE STADIUM

  • Ditch the car! Public transport is free to and from the venue with your event ticket. Free public transport will begin from 12 midday on the day of the concert. Learn more on our Getting Here page.
     

ARRIVAL

  • Gates open at 5.00pm. Don’t delay your entry and arrive as early as possible so you don’t get caught in queues

  • Bags larger than A4 including backpacks will NOT be permitted.  If you bring them they must be cloaked externally at the tents on the north and south plazas

  • We are a cashless venue with payment for food, beverages and merchandise by card only

  • Bars and food will be available throughout the Stadium, including on the field. To ease congestion, please head straight to your seating area and get your food & drinks there

 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Leave your bags at home. All bags will be checked and anything over A4 size must be cloaked

  • We are a cashless venue so bring your card for payments for all food, drinks and merchandise

  • Your best Ed Sheeran singing voice!

 

MERCHANDISE

  • Merchandise will be available on the plazas and inside the Stadium. The plaza merchandise stands will be open from 3pm each day of the concerts.

  • Merchandise will also be available on the field level.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • Food and beverage will be available on the field level

  • Payment for food and beverage is by card only

  • ​Gluten Free options are available at outlets. A dedicated Gluten Free outlet is available adjacent to Aisle 327.

  • ​The venue also offers vegan options located at the stand near aisle 304.

ROAD CLOSURES

  • Closures in place from 4pm and up to 1.5 hours after the event. (Local business access, coaches, emergency & authorised vehicles excepted).
  • Post event closures in place in preparation for the conclusion of the event and up to 1.5 hours after the event
  • If you are a business or resident in the Suncorp Stadium (Lang Park) Traffic Area you should have received a letterbox drop on Monday 19th December 2022 regarding concert times. If you did not, please contact us to let us know.
