On Saturday night, Elton John performed in Australia for the final time for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour at Queensland's Suncorp Stadium. From the opening song Bennie and the Jets through to his third encore finale, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, the 44,699 strong audience hung on every key stroke! The concert was the first for Suncorp Stadium in 2023 with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Post Malone playing at the venue on Sunday 29 January before an Ed Sheeran Triple Header in February.
